JOBDESCRIPTIONS&RESPONSIBILITIES ?WorkwithDesignDirectorandmarketingtofitinteriordesignstrategytoorganizationalvision. ?Takeownershipandleadershipinalltasksassignedby DesignDirector. ?LiaisewithDesignDirectorwithregardstomanagementandperformanceoftheTeam. ?Coachandmanageyourteamofferingleadershipandclearguidanceyouareworkingwith,collectivelyindevelopingoutstandingdesignanddetailingineveryproject. ?Arrangementorshipandtrainingforyourteam. ?Self-motivatedandpro-active. ?Evaluatetheprogressonprojectsandvettingprojectdesigngoals. ?Ensureseniorandjuniordesignersadheretoourclient’sinternalpoliciesandprocedures. ?Beabletoarticulateyourselfwell,whichcantranslateverbalabilityintodesignability. ?Stronginterpersonalskillstoconveydesignideastoteam,clientandvendors. ?Conferwithclienttodeterminefactorsaffectingplanninginteriorenvironments,suchasbudget,architecturalpreferences,andpurposeandfunction. ?Establishclearlinesofcommunicationswithsupportiveteams,suppliersandclient. ?Takecriticismwellandtranslateiteffectively. ?Maintainsinvolvementandensuresqualitycontrolinallphasesofinteriorarchitecturalprojectsandtheirmanagement. ?Planprojectandsubordinatedesignerworkflows. ?Keepupwithcurrenttrendswhencreatingnewdesigns. ?Independentlyorganizedthatpaycloseattentiontodetailandworkeffectivelyinafast-pacedenvironment.
