Purpose Com&Inisauniqueresourceconsistingofspecialistsinhomefurnishing,rangepresentation,storeplanning,communication,interiordesign,graphicdesign,purchasingbehaviour,aestheticsandcraftsmanship.Withtheseskillsandahighlevelofawarenessofthelocalmarket,people'slivingconditions,trends,values,etc.,Com&In,togetherwithSalesandlogisticsareabletopresenttherangeinacommercialandaffordablewaythatinspiresvisitorsandmaketheirdreamsreachable. Mandate YouaretheVisualMerchandisingSpecialistwithintheIKEAStore.Youapplyyourknowledgeofeffectiveshopplanning,rangepresentationandcommunication,inordertosecureandstrengthenIKEAasahomefurnishingspecialist.YouaretheexpertoncustomerbuyingbehaviourandtransferringthattopresentingandcommunicatingtheIKEAproductrangeinthestore. MainResponsibilities VisualResponsibility -EnsurethecommercialandaestheticappearanceoftheIKEAStorereinforcestheuniqueIKEARetailIdentitythroughcreativeandinspiringrangepresentationtheIKEAway. CommercialResponsibility -EnsuretheWidthandDepth,LowpriceandCombinationsandSolutionsareconnectedtoeverydaylifeathome,usingoftherightStoreMediaanddisplaytechniqueforpresentingtheProductRange -CombineandpresenttheIKEAhomefurnishingrangeinanexciting,vibrantandcreativemannerthatinspiresthecustomerandmakestheirbuyingdecisioneasier. -ActivelypromotetheIKEAWorkBriefProcess CustomerSatisfaction -ToensureitiseasyandconvenienttoshopattheIKEAstore. -EnsurethatshoppingatIKEAispleasantandstimulating. -Continuouslyimprovetheplanningandexecutionofthestoreasamediatoinspireourcustomerstoreturnmoreoften.
