Responsibilities: 1.To create amazing user experiences. 2.Have an eye for clean and artful design, possess superior UI skills and be able to translate high-level requirements into interaction flows and artifacts, and transform them into beautiful, intuitive, and functional user interfaces. 3.Collaborate with product management and engineering to define and implement innovative solutions for the product direction, visuals and experience 4.Execute all visual design stages from concept to final hand-off and deliver it to UI team for implementation 5.Conceptualize original ideas that bring simplicity and user friendliness to complex design roadblocks 6.Create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows and site maps to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas 7.Conduct user research and evaluate user feedback 8.Establish and promote design guidelines, best practices and standards Requirements: 1.7+ years of GUI experience 2.Demonstrable UI design skills with a strong portfolio 3.Solid experience in creating wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows and site maps 4.Proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, OmniGraffle or other visual design and wire-framing tools 5.Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for rapid prototyping is a plus 6.Excellent visual design skills with sensitivity to user-system interaction 7.Ability to solve problems creatively and effectively 8.Up-to-date with the latest UI trends, techniques, and technologies 9.BS/MS in Human-Computer Interaction, Interaction Design, or related 10.Experience working in Mobile Phone industry 11.English mandatory
