Reports to: Innovation VP Main Purpose of Job o Develop and design new ideas, preliminary drawings and customization drawings for PENCIL, COLOR, SKINCARE, KIT (PROMOTIONAL AND ACCESSORIES) and ANCILLARY (SECONDARY) o Responsible for the coordination and execution of the project cycle segment pertaining to package design on a daily basis Main Responsibilities o Overseeing and managing assigned project evenly, effectively and efficiently o Maintains and distributes quarterly Marketing Trend Presentation o Responsible to proposal new ideas, structure, aesthetics, finishing, material and function o Generate photo-realistic renderings, line art/drawings, artwork, presentations and low to high end models for and/or from stock, customized stock or custom packaging o Create true representations of all full service goods showcasing glass, metal, plastic and paper customized, decorated and filled to the customers’ expectations o Product data management and storage per company guidelines promoting good record keeping and filing system o Monthly report including the draft, preliminary 3D etc spreadsheet o May assist in trade shows or other promotional activities o Other tasks assigned by superior Key Performance Indicators o Number of New Proposals generated &/or accepted o Support customization projects, artwork, finishing, 3D,Etc. Skills, Knowledge and Experience o Aesthetics or industry design above junior college o Has proven analytical skills in customer relations as evidenced by a minimum of 5 years industrial and/or graphic design experience o Very familiar the relevant software such as 3D max, Photoshop, CorelDraw, rhinoceros, AutoCAD etc… Pro/e and UG will be preference o Good communication and analytical skill o Fluent in written and spoken English o Be familiar with the whole package market and trend in future o Understanding and sensitive to cosmetic packaging concepts o Good foundation of charcoal drawing o Good learning skills and management skills o Able to work to aggressive timelines o Thinking out of box and strong fashion sense Main Competencies Required o Functional Excellence o Drive for Results o Initiative, Autonomy, Confidence o Customer Focus o Creativity
