职责说明： 1， 全面了解服务客户的品牌文化、品牌理念、品牌个性等传播诉求，掌握客户品牌的定位、特性、目标受众群等各要素。 2， 运用合理的工作流程，统筹与管理设计项目，对于设计项目时效，质量有高标准要求。 3， 配合产品开发经理，对产品设计开发过程中，需要提供的各阶段设计稿。 4， 把控包装设计规范，POP设计规范。 5， 负责设计费管理（收入／支出），包括批价，发出收费通知。 6， 对于重要产品需要到印刷现场进行确认。 职位要求： 1， 艺术设计类、广告学及相关专业，本科及以上学历。 2， 三年或以上平面设计经验，熟练掌握平面类相关运用软件。精通包装设计、海报设计、VI设计等，并对后期制作工艺有完整了解。 3， 优秀的创意能力，一定的策略统筹思考能力。 4， 具备优秀的指导，管理，提案能力。 5， 具有扎实的文字功底和较强的领悟力。 6， 富于责任心，良好的团队协作精神，能带队作业，有较强的团队管理经验，能承受工作压力。 7， 良好的艺术品位，优雅的个人形象，平和的处事心态。 8， 具有优秀的沟通技巧和人际交往能力，能与客户进行良好互动。 Job description: 1. Understand the communication demands of customer service including brand culture, brand concept and brand personality; master the elements including customer brand positioning, brand characters and target audiences. 2. Manage the design project using of the reasonable work process; make high standards for the design timeline and quality. 3. Working closely with the product development manager to provide the design draft of each phase during the product design and development. 4. Control and manage the packing design standards and POP design standards. 5. Manage the design fee (income and expenses) including the price and send out the notice of fees. 6. Work to confirm at the printing fields as for the important product. Job requirements: 1. Majored in art design, advertising or other related major, bachelor degree or above. 2. Three years or above experiences in graphic design and able to operate the related software. Experienced in packaging design, poster design and VI design and know well the production process of later stage. 3. Excellent creative ability and a certain ability of strategy thinking. 4. Excellent ability of conduct, management and proposal. 5. Excellent copywriting skills and strong understanding skills. 6. Teamwork spirit and good sense of responsibility, with great team management experiences and able to lead the team to work and able to work under pressure. 7. Good taste of art, elegant profile and peaceful mindset. 8. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and able to communicate with the customer very well.
