岗位职责:
Key Accountabilities:
Implementation and Planning To work with HK VM team and to assist with the developing, planning and implementation of seasonal visual presentation, key programs and events for Beijing store which support the strategic direction of the companyTo ensure the correct merchandise presentation for each department is being implementedTo plan and communicate a productive monthly schedule for VM team members ensuring cohesiveness throughout each seasonTo ensure that the quality of work is consistent and reaches an international standard with a high level of creativity and flair Communication To work closely with SNO to understand the merchandise strategy for each BU in order to properly present the products and services to maximize salesTo work with SNO, seeking feedback on current initiatives and VM activitiesTo use customer and staff feedback to develop strategic VM activities and identify new needs and services with the customer in mindTo communicate regularly with Hong Kong team on all visual projects proactively highlighting any issues and concernsTo assist with visual support on all events and promotions Financial Control To work with the Assistant VM Manager to manage the budget for the projects ensuring that all parties are briefed and timelines are met. To submit budget proposal/approval for VM programs, windows and highlight to the HK VM ManagerTo find appropriate vendors, seek quotes and manage the concurrence process to for each project
Team Leadership To demonstrate and reinforce the Lane Crawford Vision and Values at all times and provide the necessary leadership to gain commitment from all team membersTo identify and execute ways to increase team member’s loyalty, satisfaction and pride with the Lane Crawford experienceTo provide on job coaching to ensure that the VM Team are able to meet and exceed the standards and people management requirements of their roleTo monitor and review performance of the direct reports, identifying individuals who are ready for promotion or require performance improvement plansTo take appropriate corrective action with employees who fall below standard (in consultation with HR Department)To complete and present performance appraisals based on defined goals and objectives for their employees in a timely manner Requirements:Tertiary education in Fashion/Visual Merchandising Design or related disciplinesMinimum 3 years of relevant experience in supervisory level, preferably in leading retail industry or luxury retail fashion brandHigh sense of responsibility, well organized, able to work under pressure and with tight schedulesCreative with insight of fashion trendsGood communication and interpersonal skillsGood command of spoken English & Mandarin
