Essential Duties - Ensure projects (new & existing stores) are coordinated and driven to ensure completion in timely manner - Lead team of local project managers to ensure aligned processes are in place across all areas of the business - Coordinate with in house /external designers, contractors and landlords to handle the pre-opening activities for retails stores in PRC - Handle full set of drawings and related documents with comprehensive knowledge on project overview - Handle tasks such as contractor evaluation, site inspection, measurement, etc - Liaise with relevant parties to ensure compliance in building regulations, fire safety, security, etc. - Attend project meetings, collaborate with relevant parties to monitor the project progress - Conduct final inspection and handover the stores to end and follow up the deprecation of facilities after store opening. Qualifications - Degree holder in Interior Design, Building Services, Engineering or related disciplines - 5 years or above experiences in project coordination and monitoring, store reinstatement, asset management, energy saving in chain enterprise - Strong management skill to coordinate and control construction periods, costs and qualities of new chain store projects - Good interpersonal and communication skills to liaise with various government departments and landlords - Excellent strategic management to handle with different contractors on store construction issues to meet tight deadline - Able to work under pressure , Independent, self-motivated and result oriented - Proficiency in graphic software applications (CAD, Tangent, Photoshop, 3Ds Max, Sketchup, etc.) for construction drawings and MS Office applications. - Good command of written and spoken in English, Mandarin and Cantonese; - Frequent travel is required
