A sizeable Apparel Design and Sourcing Group specializing in Women swear for the US and UK major retailers is looking for a creative CAD Manager/Print Designer. This is a challenging position with a fashion driven speed to market apparel group. You will be responsible to handle the following job roles : * manage the CAD Studio * lead the CAD design team to create/develop innovative and commercial prints/embroidery/embellishment designs that fit into different buyers’ expectation * ensure individual brands’ esthetic is maintained * Good price conscious on embellishments * Manage internal CAD Studio archive * enhance strategic relationships with embroidery factories You shall have following attributes in order to fulfill the job requirements : * Diploma/Degree level in Fashion Design qualification * Minimum 8 years womenswear fashion apparel experience working in CAD and design development, ideally for international brands * CAD, Photoshop or Illustrator knowledge a must * Good design eyes to identify prints/fashion trend * A team player with ability to create and develop new and exciting prints, embroidery and embellishment designs * Fast pace and be flexible with deadlines * Good spoken and written English / Cantonese * Excellent Interpersonal skills for communication with factories/mills/Hong Kong design team.
