DUTIES & ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS： 1. Create, evaluate and maintain IE base data, including standard working time,layout, product capacity analysis. 2. Give IE/Lean skills training and instruction 3. Improve the process using the IE/Lean method 4. Work with functional departments to confirm the feasibility for line improvement projects and follow the whole process. 5. Analyze current state, define and implement new design proposal. 6. Implement upgrade activities in order to continuous improve operating system 7. Collect change results based on project in order to ensure lean transformation operation successfully Requirements: 1. Bachelor in industrial engineering or mechanical engineering 2. 5 years manufacturing improvement or reengineering related, NPI experience is a plus. 3. Innovation, communication skill, coordination skill, team work skill 4. Fluent English read and written skill is must, fluent oral English is a plus
