ReportdirectlytoDesignDirector(generalissue)andLeadSeniorDesigner(projectmatters). 1、TakeownershipandleadershipinalltasksprojectsassignedbyDesignDirectorLeadDesigneringiventimeframe. 2、Developingoutstandingdesignanddetailingineveryproject..Responsibleforthequalityofalldesigndocumentations. 3、Requiretodoandtakeresponsibleforsiteduediligencedocumentations. 4、AssistDesignDirectorLeaddesignertodevelopandmaintainSOPstandards. 5、StronginterpersonalskillstoconveydesignideasfromLeadseniordesignertoclientandvendors. 6、RequiretocoordinatecloselywithProjectandotherdepartmentsinaproject. 7、Maintainsinvolvementandensuresqualitycontrolinallphasesofinteriorarchitecturalprojectsandtheirmanagement 8、AssistingLeadSeniorDesignertopre-arrangeresources,haveaneffectiveplanningpriortoprojectdevelopment. 9、Paycloseattentiontodetailandworkeffectivelyefficientlyinafast-pacedenvironment. 10、AbletoadviseTeambuilderswithtechnicalsolutions. 11、Superviseconstructionexecution,qualityandscheduleatsite. 12、ResponsibleforDesignschedule,DesignfeequotationsandDesigncontractpreparationinaproject 13、Responsiblefortrackingdesignteamtimesheetandcostexpensesinvolvedintheprojectyouareassigned 14、Responsiblefordocumentingdesignissueschangesintheproject 15、Responsibleforprojectfolderstidinessinserver. Skill 1、Possessbachelor'sdegreeininteriordesignprojectmanagementorarelatedfieldforatleast5-8yearsandwithequivalentsiteexperience. 2、PossessProjectManagementskills. 3、Possessspaceplanningskill. 4、WellverseinCADRevit,PS,SKP,M.OfficeandM.Projectoperations. 5、Possessteamspiritwithstronginterpersonalskill. 6、PossessbasicknowledgeinMEPdesign. 7、FamiliarwithLocalBuildingConstructionFireSafetyCode. 8、Familiarwithconstructioncostingandbudgeting 9、AbletoproduceinterpretEnglishandChinesedesigndocumentation. 10、PossessInternationalstandardofdetaileddesigncapability. 11、Possessexcellenceexperienceinconstructiondetails. 12、Possessteamspiritwithstronginterpersonalskill. 13、PossessFF&Eknowledge. 14、Familiarwithtypesofmaterialandinstallationmethod. 15、BilingualinEnglishandChinese.
