1.MAJORACCOUNTABILITIES主要职责

1)R&DProjectsCoordination

TheR&DEngineerwillworkwiththeProcess&TechnicalManagetosupporttheirroleinbothdomesticandinternationaltechnicalprojectsundertakenbyOmnovaChina.Thiswillrequiredstrongsenseofaccountability&responsibilities,andeffectivecommunicationbyphoneandemailtoaddressspecificactionitemsonadailybasis.Thiswillinclude:

·Developnewproductsandprocessbasedoncustomerspecification,establishdevelopmentplanandensuredeliveryofoutcomeasperagreeddeadline.

·Takinghighaccountabilityandinitiativestocoordinate,toinitiateactionandtosolvetechnicalissuesandmakeimprovementtocurrentproducts.

·CommunicatingspecificactionsandenquiriestotheChinesetechnicalteamsinShanghaiandalsowithotherfunctionsinthelocaloperations

·Routineandproperlyscheduledfollowuponallprioractionitemsandreviewprogressonallactiveprojects,establishactiontocloseperformancegapandmeetdeadlines.

·Managingprojectdocumentationandestablishproperdocumentationandfillingsystemwithgoodtraceability.

·Workingcloselywithotherrelatedfunctions(Technical,Operation,Salesetc)toensurehighlevelofintegrationofeffortandpromoteteamworkinresolvingdailytechnicalissues.

2)TechnicalEngineering

Thisroleinvolvesconductingtechnicalworkandcoordinatingwithlocaltechnicalresourcetosupportaseriesofdevelopmentprojects,whichcurrentlyinclude:

·Conductproductiontrial,preparationoflabsamplesandmaterialstosupportNPDprojects

·ManageR&Dprojectswithhighsuccessratelowrisktosupportnewbusinessdevelopment

·EvaluationofnewrawmaterialsusingInternationalrawmaterialsevaluationprocesses

·AbletostrictlyadheretoISO9000procedurerequirementandfollowOmnovaNPDprocessesusingproperDOEapproach.

·PreparationofStandardOperatingProceduresforproductionofnewlydevelopedproducts.ThiswillincludepreparingSOPdocumentation,controlplan,FMEA,keyoperatingparametersandetc.

·Interactwithcustomeronaroutinebasisorperformcustomervisittogaincustomerfeedbacktounderstandmarketneedsandfacilitatefutureproductsimprovement

·Managingthesamplepreparationworkinlabforsubmissiontocustomerswhichincludedmanagingthemini-castinglineoperation.

·Withthesponsorfromthemanagement,carryoutnecessarykaizenorLSSprojecttofacilitateimprovementandcostreductionworkwithintheoperationfunctions

2.PERSONREQUIREMENT任职资格

1）人造革行业三年以上相关工作经验

2）良好的英文沟通能力

3）熟悉人造革原理及体系架构

4）熟悉PVC,PUR,PUD等相关材料体系

5）熟悉压延法及涂布法成型工艺

6）具有良好的沟通能力，团队精神，及优良的组织管理能力
