More than a colour accent, the color accident occurs when a color accent seems wrong. So wrong that it’s right. The effect is to catch the attention of the user. The controlled accident expresses some confidence and high sense of humour. We always notice the element that doesn’t fit the situation and once the user understands it’s done on purpose, he may smile.
