MajorResponsibilities:  1.负责公司各类生产设备的日常管理、维修，确保设备的正常使用和安全运营。Inchargeofmachinesmanagement,improvementanddailymaintenanceonplantequipments;Dealingwithequipmenterrortoensureequipmentsareingoodconditionandmakesureitrunsinsafe.  2.负责公司各项设备的管理、安装调试、技术改进、检修及现场技术处理，确保设备的正常使用和安全运营。Inchargeofmanagement,installationandtrialrun,technicalimprovement,overhaulandon-sidetechnicalsolutionofequipments.Ensureequipmentrunninginagoodandsafecondition. 3.负责公司动力系统及特种设备的管理和维护和安全生产InchargeofCompanypowersystemandspecialequipmentsmanagement;relatedmaintenanceandsafetyoperation.  4.负责对维修工的电气技术及安全培训和现场指导Beresponsibleforthemaintenanceworkontheelectricaltechnicaltrainingincludedsafetyandon-siteguidance. Responsibility: 1.负责建立设备预测性、预防性维护计划和日常保养计划，并组织实施计划和检验效果。Inchargeofestablishmentequipmentrecordsofpreventivemaintenance,predictiveMaintenanceanddailymaintenanceplan;implementtheactionoftheplanningandchecktheresults.  2.完成新设备新生产线的安装和调试Responsiblefortheinstallationandadjustmentofnewequipmentsornewproductionlines 3.负责设备综合调试处理，提高生产效率；如减少故障率，产能提高Responsiblefortechnicaladjustmentofoverallequipmenttoimproveproductionefficiency;suchasreducingthefailurerate,increasingproductioncapacity  4.负责公司动力系统及特种设备的管理和维护和安全生产Inchargeofpowersystemandspecialequipmentsmanagement;relatedmaintenanceandsafetyoperation. 5.解决改进、改造生产设备、抢修现场设备事故等各类设备技术问题Solvetheimprovementofthemodificationofequipment,repairequipmentaccidentsandothertypesofequipmenttechnicalproblems. 6.编制设备维修作业指导书；管理和指导维修工、操作工正确和安全操作﹑维护及保养作业设备Makeequipmentmaintenanceinstruction,manageandguidemaintenanceworker,operatortoworkcorrectlyandsafely;makemaintenanceontheequipment7.负责设备备件档案建立和管理Inchargeoftheestablishmentandmanagementofspareparstrecorderdocumentsofequipment 8.协助对维修工技术及安全作业培训，提高维修工技术水平Assisttotaketrainingofthemaintenanceskillofmaintenanceandsafetyoperationtomaintenanceworkers；Improvetheirtechnology 9.负责公司设备安全，保证公司设备、人员的使用安全Takeresponsibilityonoperationsecurityofequipmentandensuresecurityofequipmentandfaculty;inchargeofsafetyoperation 10.遵守工作说明中明确的或培训中传达的所有健康、安全和环境要求；Keeptotherequirementinhealth,securityandenvironmentmarkedinjobdescriptionorremindedintraining. 11.完成上级领导交办的临时工作Finishothertasksarrangedbydepartmentmanagerordirector.  任职要求：Qualifications: 1.本科以上机电一体化或机械工程，电气自动化，数控等相关专业BachelordegreeoraboveinMechanics,Electrics,NCrelevant. 2.具备相关工作岗位三年以上工作经验Morethan3yearshands-onworkingexperienceofequipmentmaintenance 3.了解设备管理流程及成本控制Knowwellaboutequipmentmanagementprocessandcostcontrol. 4.较强的事故判断和处理能力，动手能力强Stronganalyzingandjudgingability,highmanipulativeability 5.英语、计算机软件熟练GoodEnglishcommunicationskillandapplicationinofficesoftware 6.良好的服务意识和团队合作精神Goodserviceconsciousnessandgoodsenseofteamwork
