ESSENTIALJOBFUNCTIONSRESPONSIBILITIES:

1.Developandimplementtestingplansaccordingtointernalandcoderequirementtodocomplianceandfieldriskassessment.Coordinatetestingresourcesincludinginternalandexternalresourcestocompleteevaluationtaskstimely,delivertestdataandanalysisreports,providesexpertizedadvicetoprojectteam.

2.Developandexecutecriticalsubsystemstestingonapplicableproductdevelopmentprojects,includingminmaxboundaryconditiontestingandR95C95criteriaadherence.

3.Facilitateandperformalldesignreliabilityfunctions(FMEA,DVP&R,etc.)aspartoftheproductdevelopmentteams.

4.Participateindesignreviewstoidentifypotentialreliabilitydesigndeficiencies,providerecommendationsandverifyappropriatecorrectiveaction.

5.Leadriskassessmentsrelatedtodesignoptionsastheyrelatetoperformance(field,test,compliance)

6.Developreliabilitytoolsandprocedurestosupporttheproductdevelopmentprocess.

7.Assistindesignandintroductionofnewtestfixtures,equipment,andsystems.

8.Workinacross-functionalenvironmentwithProductEngineering,PlantQuality,CustomerQuality,Supplier

QualityAssurance,andManufacturing,etc.

1.Maintainaworkingknowledgeofthecertification(GB,CSA,IAPMO,ASME,NSF,etc.)andrealworldtestrequirementsforallproducts.

2.Participateinproblemsolvingandcontinuousimprovementactivities.

QUALIFICATIONS:

3.BSinMechanicalEngineeringorequivalent

4.2+yearsofexperienceinReliabilityQualityProductDevelopmentEngineering.

5.Workingknowledgeoftestsystems(electronicelectrical,hydraulic,andpneumatic,etc.)

6.FluentinEnglish(verbalandwritten).

7.SkilledwithstandardPCtools,Microsoftsoftware,etc.

8.KnowledgeandfacilitativeskillwithDOE,FMEA,DVP&R,andStatisticalEngineering

9.Excellentproblemsolvingskills
