6.WorkcloselywithCADteamtoproducecomprehensiveconstructiondocumentationpackagesonallprojects.

7.Attendprojectcoordinationmeetingssub-contractormeetingsandsitereviewmeetingsasrequired.

8.AssistwithStudioManagerondesigner'scareerdevelopment,providetrainingandprofessionalguidanceontechnicalandprofessionalaspects,setasarolemodeltojuniordesigners.

JobRequirements:

1.Bachelor'sdegreeinareaofspecialtyand5-7yearsofexperienceinthehospitalitydesignorinarelatedarea.

2.Experienceinhotelinteriordesignrequired.

3.Excellentknowledgeofdesignprinciplesandtheabilitytointerpretdesignconceptsandlayouts

4.Expertknowledgeofmultipledesignbrandsstandards

5.FluentEnglishinbothwritingandspeaking.

6.Expertknowledgeofcommonly-usedconcepts,practices,andprocedureswithinindustry

7.AdvancedknowledgeinAdobePS,Indesign,Illustrator,Sketchup,CADandOffice.
