1.WorkcloselywithPrincipalandFF&Edesignerstocreateconceptualpresentationsforbothbusinessdevelopmentprojectsandsignedprojects.

2.Concentrateonandacceptfullresponsibilityforcreatinginnovativedesignpackageswhichwillincludethedesignconcept,furniture&finishesselectionsspecifications,andmaterialreferenceselectionsspecifications.

3.Reviewallspecificationbeforesendingtoclients.

4.WorkcloselywithotherconsultantsandFF&Eteamcoordinatortoensureacohesivedesignistheresultoftheteam'swork.

5.Coordinatematerialreferencewithtechnicalteam.

6.Assistwithconceptdesignpresentationsandspecificationswhenneeded.

7.Attenddesignpresentationsasrequired.

8.Attendprojectcoordinationmeetingssub-contractorandsitereviewmeetings.

9.Assistwithsoftopeningset-upsasrequired.

JobRequirements:

1.Bachelor'sdegreeinareaofspecialtyand8+yearsofexperienceinthefieldorinarelatedarea.

2.Experienceinhoteldesignrequired.

3.Goodknowledgeofdesignprinciplesandtheabilitytointerpretdesignconceptsandlayouts

4.Expertknowledgeofmultipledesignbrandsstandards

5.FluentinEnglish(Preferred)

6.Expertknowledgeofcommonly-usedconcepts,practices,andprocedureswithinindustry

7.AdvancedknowledgeMSWord,Excel,PowerPointandPhotoShop.
