1、专业院校美术、艺术类专业毕业，专科以上学历； 2、四年以上国际或者本土4A公司经历； 3、精确的创意表现及主流软件运用能力； 4、具备良好的美学评阅及鉴赏能力； 5、资深的设计功底和手绘表现力； 6、有服务商业地产及化妆品行业的工作经验，对策略有准确的把握和表现能力，能够敏锐的洞悉市场和消费心理； 7、创作激情饱满并深具让个性融入团队的品质； 8、能吃苦，富于接受挑战，能承受较强工作压力； 9、有4A广告公司从业经验者考虑优先 10、优异的提案与沟通能力。 1、A master degree in fine arts or similar subjects； 2、At least 4 years experience in international or Chinese 4A companies; 3、Ability to show accurate and precise creative ideas and knowledge of the main computer softwares; 4、Knows and appreciates art, and has knowledge of the art world. 5、 Basic design skills and ability to draw by hand; 6、Has experience in real estate or in the cosmetic industry, is able to create and improve marketing strategies, understands the Chinese market and the needs of the consumers; 7、A creativity oriented individual with the ability to work in a team； 8、Accepts challenges with a positive attitude, successfully controls the stress levels and doesn't complain if overtime work is needed； 9、Previous experience in a big international company or in a 4A Chinese company is a plus; 10、Strong abilities to communicate with the clients.
