Requirement 1) Bachelor’s degree in Art & Design related major 2) Proficiency with Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign. Microsoft Excel, Word and Powerpoint (Mac format) 3) 1-3 years in sourcing or home textiles or related industries (will consider fresh graduate) 4) Familiar with artwork preparation and printing production 5) Preferably with merchandising experience 6) Fluent in both spoken and written English and Mandarin. 7) Good attitude, well organized, detail oriented Key Responsibilities Area – What you do 1) Assist Director of Product & Business Development in all aspects of her job 2) Support sourcing team on different tasks such as Manual & product specification revision, Textile artwork review, packaging print & quality approval 3) Update Specification Manuals 4) Create, update and re-size print-ready packaging mechanicals 5) Adjustment of line drawings, such as product diagrams in Adobe illustrator 6) Orders follow up and tracking 7) Stay keenly aware of production deadlines and manage time accordingly 8) Attend press runs as required Reporting Structure and Cooperation Reporting to: Director of Product & Business Development Reports: None Working with: all staffs of MindsInSync China, USA team
