Responsibilities- Responsible for designing, maintaining and updating store and window displays in retail stores. - Cooperate and Liaise with other departments, such as design team, merchandising department, marketing department and shop managers in display design and related matters. - Execute VM strategy for store promotions, seasonal updates, new store openings and promotional events.；- Plan and conduct regular store visits to ensure that visual merchandising standards are maintained in accordance with guidelines at corporate level. - Assist in training of sales staff on brand’s visual standards and product presentation based on guidelines.
