RESPONSIBILITIES 1, Assist brand store image development for exclusive store, MR and home decoration company -Manage agency to on time deliver on brand store image -Develop sample store with high quality and on time delivery 2, Develop brand store visual guideline & merchandising guideline -Develop brand store visual and merchandising guideline book -Trainings to regional TM&MKT to ensure good excution, 2-3 trainings/year 3, Regular store image maintainence to support brand promotions & activities -Develop merchandising plan to support brand promotions and campaigns, 3-4 campaigns/year 4, Sales tools and materials development -Develop sales tools and instore materials to enhance brand image and keep image consistent 5, Support regions to upgrade store image -Control regional store upgrade plan to ensure image consistency REQUIREMENTS 1,Min. 5 years working experience in store mangement or mechandising management in FMCG company or home decoration category. 2, Project management experience 3, Good project management skill 4, Good communication skill 5, Good command of English, both in oral and verbal
