ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: Product New Release Design and Development-70% - Be responsible for development of new release of CAD/CAM product, including Analysis, design, implementation, unit testing and documentation - Interact successfully with business owners, project managers and other technical teams - Lead junior developers on working packages. - Contribute to company's engineering standards and best practices Ongoing Maintenance-30% - Participate in problem analysis - Provide product support - Be able to identify, fix and follow through deployment of critical issues REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: 1) Bleum English Competencies: With the English Competencies of [Bleum English Level 2] Competencies: Skills, Experience - Experienced in C/C++ programming language, at least 1-3 years project experience - Thorough understanding of the CAD/CAM software functions, especially how they relate to drive - Knowledge of most manufacturing machines and technology - Relevant experience in working on CAD/CAM tools development is a strong plus - Relevant working experience on Database is a strong plus - Computer graphics experience is a plus - Experience in Sheet Metal Industry is a strong plus. - Be able to speak and write in English Interpersonal Competencies: - Good communication skills - Work well in a team environment or individually, with a positive attitude - Interact well with technical teams, business owners and project managers Leadership Competencies: - Follow direction and keep peers and manager informed of progress, changes and issues - Prioritize own activities so that all tasks are completed in a timely manner - Accountable for individual work and team work - Foster and maintain Bleum's core values: - Respect for the Individual - Service to our Customers
